How to write to us
Email [email protected] with the fieldbook page concerned, the live product address, and what you observed, dated. Quoted text from a live screen beats a memory of it. Please send no chat transcripts, identity documents, payment details, or passwords; corrections never require them.
What we cannot help with
We have no access to any companion product’s accounts, billing, or moderation, including the sponsor’s. Requests to cancel, refund, or delete an account on Candy AI or any other service must go through that provider’s own support and privacy routes, which is exactly what the exit plan on this site helps you locate in advance.
What happens to a correction
Verified changes are edited into the affected page. Where a correction shows a vendor claim drifted from what our research collection recorded, we update the observation rather than defend the old one; the fieldbook’s only loyalty is to what the live screen says.
